Our minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces. If you are looking for less than 12 pieces, we can complete the project as a DTG order. Please keep in mind that the cost per unit is lower when you buy more, and higher when you buy less. All orders of 24 or less may be subject to a small order fee of 20% of the subtotal.
If you need help with your image (separating layers, file type) we would be more than happy to help, in many cases at no charge. Please contact us. If you have an idea but no logo, our experienced in house design team can make one to suit your needs.
Please send all artwork via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your files are too large, please upload them to a Cloud-based service (such as Google Drive) and email us the link. Please name and organize your files (ie. sharks_tshirt1_back.psd, sharks_tshirt1_front.psd).

For all new customers, we require a full payment upfront. This allows us to have a quicker turnaround and serve our clients better, rather than wasting time chasing down payments. Terms are available to qualified clients.
We aim to have orders completed within 7-10 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping. With that said, we have sent orders out within 48 hrs depending on the time of year. Larger orders may take longer. All project timelines are discussed on the onset. If you require a quicker turn around, we do accept rush orders—please contact us. Note: Shipping is only an estimate to locations in Canada.
Regular print size is 13"x19". Oversized prints, up to 15.5"x20.5", can be done for a premium. If you require a custom size, please contact us.
We ship with Canada Post and UPS—it all depends on what the quickest and most cost-effective option is. We supply you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have a preference, please let us know. Note: We can do overnight shipping, but please contact us beforehand, and refer to the next question.
Yes we can. We can send your order off with overnight or next-day shipping, but an additional rush fee of 20% will be tacked onto the order. If you require a rush order, please contact us.
We stock a wide range of ink colors but are able to do nearly any colour. We can also print Pantone colours, but require a mixing charge in order to significantly cut down on waste. When submitting artwork, we ask you to include a list describing the colours that are to appear on the merchandise. We primarily use plastisol, but we can print water-based and discharge/plastcharge on request.
Cotton items can shrink up to 10% of the garment size depending on how they are laundered. When in doubt, it’s safer to order a larger size than a smaller one. With large groups we suggest that you gather a list of the required sizes before ordering.
We offer full service embroidery as well as custom names and numbers. Embroidery is subject to a digitizing charge and is charged out based on stitch count. Custom names can either be embroidered or heat applied.
We offer full colour process, simulated process, foil, puff, glow-in-the-dark, split fountain (numerous ink colours on one screen resulting in a blended effect), DTG, and water-based discharge printing.
