Is there a limit to the number of prints I need to make?
Nope! Unlike most screen printers we will print one-offs to please our customers! However our bulk pricing starts at 12 pieces and orders under this cutoff will be subject to a 20% small order surcharge.
What format do I need to submit my art in?
We ask for a .PSD file, but we also accept JPEG, TIFF, AI, PDF and EPS. Please have your file set to 300 DPI and scaled to the size you want your image printed at. Please separate all multi colour designs.
What are your turn around times?
We aim to have orders completed in 5-7 business days. ?
I need t-shirts for tomorrow! Can you print them in time??
Yes we are able to handle rush orders. A rush order fee will be put in place. However, sometimes we are just too busy to handle a rush order.
What if I want an item not listed on your website?
We carry hundreds of products and can�t display them all on our website. The products section simply shows the most popular items we carry if there�s a product you need but can�t find on our site please email or call us for a quote.
How much are your screen charges?
Each screen used in your design is subject to a $15 screen set up fee.
Are you able to remove tags from the shirts?
Yes we are able to remove tags from shirts at a cost of $0.30 per tag.
Do you offer embroidery service?
Yes we do! Please contact us as it is difficult to give a ball park quote unless we see your artwork.
What type of ink do you use?
Our primary ink is plastisol. We are able to offer puff, metallic, crackle and plastcharge printing service as well.
Do you sponsor community events?
Yes we do if we feel we can help out with the cause and believe in it. Contact us for more info.
What is your maximum print size?
We are able to print 15.5" wide by 21.5" tall.
Am I able to supply my own shirts for you to print?
Yes we accept orders where the customers supplies their own garments. A standard unpacking fee of $0.25 per garment applies
What products do you print?
We print a wide variety of items. Our primary focus is garments but we are also able to print on many other products from can koozies to hockey pucks, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do for you!
I dont have a design, can you make me one?
Our in house design team would be more than happy to design a graphic tailored to your specific needs.
